Hotel Life

So, I'm about halfway through my stay at the hotel.

I found out that its very pleasant because of a few things.
1. There's free food.
2. The towels are changed every day.
3. Your bed is made everyday.
4. You get a new bar of hand soap and body soap every day.

Of course, its roughly $400 every day.... but I"M NOT THE ONE PAYING~! :D

The hotel has given me some ideas about what to do in terms of interior decor when I get my own house. I've always wanted a condominium, and I think the first real estate asset I'm going to buy is a condominium. There are a few reasons.

1. Real estate accend in value, so renting is like throwing your money away. Initial mortgage, assuming you didn't have a large initial down payment would still be cheaper (or at least the same) as the rent you would pay for an apartment. But when you move away, if you rent, you move away with nothing, while when you buy a condominium, that's your property and you can sell it.

Ok, you say, but why condo and not a house?

2. Because a condo is cheaper than a same size house. Without having a lot of accumulated wealth as a young person, the mortgage rate would naturally be ridiculously high. In such a case, buy a house, at the beginning, all your monthly payments would be going towards interest and none to the actual acquisition of the asset.

3. I just like living in a condo.....its warmer....

Yes, I think I've gone on a tangent, I was supposed to talk about my hotel stay.

I have internet again, that's more than I can say for the other place.....

And finally, I dloaded the first 10 eps of Eureka 7.

Maybe I'll watch a bit tonite... maybe.
