Thou must be honest in what thou art sending.....

So, if I sent a package to the Philipines labeled... oh iuno... clothing, and instead, I sent... deadly insects. The first thing I'd be charged with is breaking the law by mislabeling my package..... if I sent the deadly insects and labelled it as such, I'd be alright? No criminal charges? Just as long as the contents are labelled correctly, its a go?
