My arms are sore....

So I did a lot of juggling this weekend. My arms are kind of sore. I need to perfect some tricks.... I was searching for new tricks, but so far, all I found are tricks that are described using text. You know, learning to juggle following text and no pictures or videos makes is a little difficult..... actually a lot difficult.

I mean, can you visualize this with ease?:

'This is another String variant and it is not too difficult. Throw one prop fairly high in a column up the middle of your pattern 1 up 2 up style. As soon as you can reach over that prop, take one of the props you are holding and make it follow the thrown prop all the way down the pattern until the thrown prop bounces back up or is kicked back up into the pattern. The other held prop follows the thrown prop from below the thrown prop so that all three props look like they are attached by a string.'

Yuy: ..... huh???

Here's my arsenal of tricks:
*Those with Asterisks are ones I'm still working on (anything from only being able to do 1-10 times or only 1 out of 10 times... T_T).
Those with nothing following it are ones I'm relatively confident in, but not considered mastered (trick I can do 10 to 20 times without error fall into this category.)
^Those with a caret are ones I consider mastered (able to do for an indefinite amount of time and significant number of turns where the blunder is not due to lack of practise with trick, but general human error where the only cure is more practise in basic catching and throwing.)

This list will hopefully grow as things move down the categories and new tricks are added to the top category.

2 Ball Tricks:
Fountain^
Column^

3 Ball Tricks:
Cascade^
Reverse Cascade^
Column Version 1^
Column Version 2
Column Version 3 (one Hand)*
Juggler's Tennis
Clawing
Shower/Fountain*
Backhand*
Bounce off Knee*
Catch behind neck*
Grabber? Dont' know the official name, but you throw two balls up at once, then cut through the the third.... hard to explain...but cool trick.

4 Ball Tricks:
Fountain-no crossover* - I'd practise this trick more... if I hadn't lost my fourth ball.....

I think that's it for now.... I might know more, but I can't think of them off the back of my head erm.. hand? How's the expression go?
