Flay Allster....

Ok, I'm going to give the girl some credit.

She's psychotic, but a great manipulator. When Kira broke down and she was holding him saying "it'll be alright" I would have seriously thought she was sincere [if not for that last shot where she gives the lunatic smile...].

She's definitely a your-worst-nightmare-false-friend kind of character.

It appears that the first time watching Gundam Seed, my hatred for Flay in the beginning of the show (because she was so closed-minded) had clouded over the character development in Flay thruout the show. I just kinda ignored her existance until she died, when I danced with joy.

She's insane, but she's pretty interesting as a character. I think, in the end, she made a pretty good protagonist.

There, my retribution to so much Flay bashing in the past.
