Ok, mystery solved.
Basically, after you play Lyn's tale and Eliwood's tale in Normal mode, you have a choise to play Hector's tale in normal mode.
Like so-- >
And Basically, notice how hector's mode does not say "Hard" well, I believe you have to play Lyn's hard mode to be able to play Hector's Hard mode. Or maybe you have to play Eliwood's hard mode too. I don't know, but I'll find out soon enough. :P
